The 60th edition of Casa Decor will be inaugurated on April 3rd, the unique event of architecture, interior design, and decoration that returns to Madrid this spring. The event brings together the most prominent professionals in the design and execution of construction projects around an emblematic building, which they redesign to create spaces that end up generating trends.
More than fifty professionals and companies will bring to life the most innovative projects, among which will be one of the most emblematic elements of construction in the Pitiusas, the Piedra de Ibiza, which comes from the hand of Suministros Ibiza. Estudio U Interior Design will use this stone in a space created by Laura Huerta, Antonio Guillamon, and Laura Pérez.
Sagasta Building
On this occasion, the Sagasta building (in the Chamberí area) has been chosen to host this new edition of Casa Decor 2025. A property of more than 7,000 square meters, distributed over a ground floor and four floors.
“The generous dimensions of the building will allow for segmentation into more than 50 spaces, which will be a blank canvas that will undoubtedly motivate the professionals and companies participating,” indicate the organizers of Casa Decor. The 90 balustraded windows of the building will also ensure maximum use of natural light, which will reach other interior rooms through two light wells.
